Miguel (Mike) came out to our home right away and provided us professional advice. He is very educated and knowledgeable and provided valuable information to my husband and I on an improperly installed AC unit by another company. I can’t say enough great things that Mike and his techs provided for us. 5 star service.

2nd edit (4/19/26) I have had my AC for two years now. Still paying for it, by the way, and the fan stopped working. I tried contacting them, the number on Google does not work. I tried calling Noe who is an employee who sold me the AC and got it installed, call goes to voicemail. I drive to their location of business according to Google, there is no sign of the business being here. I went through their Google photos, and found a different number. I can’t thank Artic One enough! My A/C wasn't working/cooling and Gus and Rick came over, they diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair clearly, and had it back working that same day. They were super friendly and got the work done! Highly recommend!
