My husband had test done on September 2024 and here it is end of January 2025 and still haven’t had a call or a letter from her office. They never communicate with their patients
Dr Singh was late for our appointment but I know she is busy. She orders a nuclear stress test to be done on Monday. I am notified by mychart the results are ready for Dr to review on Wednesday. I call on Friday and was told someone would call me. We'll it's Monday evening and not one word. So glad that Dr Singh and her staff care so much for me. In the meantime I will be paying my bill and waiting for my appointment with my PCP who will explain the results next week.
Twice, I've had to wait 45 minutes to see this cardiologist when I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance.
Dr.Arti Singh is simply the best!! Her knowledge, competence, and personality are top notch!! I have felt comfortable with her from the get go! I feel like I am not only seeing a great Cardiologist, but she makes me feel as if I am visiting a friend.
I have been very happy with Dr. Singh so far. Knowledgeable and personable.
