The best doctor I have ever had
I've been going to Dr. Chandra for years now. She's warm and competent, with a calm demeanor. Her staff is very friendly and, when they answer a phone, are helpful enough. My biggest complaint is that when they are not answering their phones (either because they're busy or it's after hours) and I leave an important message asking them to call back with an appt. or an urgent question about a medication, they rarely return my calls. No voicemails or missed messages. How is this okay?
