Arthurs heat and air came in and fixed us up just in time. We had another contractor come in and he destroyed out unit along with out bathroom he really did some damage and destroyed out heating unit taking it out of the attic. We called Steve Arthur and he came right in and fixed us right up we are so thankful for his help he fit us into his busy schedule and the unit works so good We could not be happier … Will use Arthur for all out future needs and would recommend him to anyone...

Landlord advised we call him to repair our Ac. We made an appointment for 6/27/2016 WOULD NOT give us a time he would be here just assured us he would be here by the mid afternoon. He failed to show up and will not answer his phone or return calls. We have tried to call Arthur 6 times now. We are going with another company now. I would not suggest him to anyone. Real professional way to run your company bud. Must not want to make money or a good Rep

mother-in-law used him to install a new unit and it has been nothing but problems paid him in full and the job has not been completed yet and not working properly causing her to have $400 electric bills because it wasn't installed properly. he has since been ignoring her messages and calls, really is the worst service i have ever seen.
