Really enjoyed the pizza buffet and the service was great. A nice little hidden small town gem.

The "meat sauce" wasn't a sauce at all—just a tiny amount of dry ground beef, maybe 2 ounces, with almost no toppings. Server / very welcoming, I monitored past reviews and calling out the negative ones posted. I had pizza and salad bar for my dishes. Salad was crisp and had the selections for the usual way you prepare. White fresh mushrooms not available or macaroni/ potato salads - fruit. Arthur's Pizza is a must stop when traveling through Western Kas or visiting Ellis Ks. Ive been enjoying their pizza buffet for 4 decades...yes 4 decades!
