Arthur's Formal Wear is average We used Arthur's Formal Wear for my son's prom. The staff was helpful when we went to try on tuxes, but they seem to have been understaffed. Their selection is good and they keep the tuxedos there, so that is an advantage. I feel they were just average, though. Nothing special and they definitely didn't go above and beyond to make sure we returned.

Very helpful I checked out Knights and Mens Warehouse and Arthurs. I ended up going to Arthurs. The other stores had to order everything in, Arthurs had everything instock, right there in the store. The women there was very helpful. She helped me get something I felt comfortable with, with out trying to "up sell" me. I went in 3 months before our wedding and was fitted and tried everything on and looked great. In the mean time (3 months) I lost 25 pounds and when I went in to pick up before the wedding, they suggested I try ... read more

wouldnt recommend if you want good service Although the tux's were very nice, the service was not. They hung a suit jacket on the door to my husband's fitting room, he naturally got into his tux pants and dress shirt, went to grab the jacket and there was no employees around to help. He saw that a suit jacket that matched his suit was hung on the door (3 or 4 other guys from the same wedding party were there at the same time).
