I do not remember my technician’s name, but tech #392 was very friendly, polite, and professional. He did an amazing carpet cleaning job and made the carpet in our home look almost brand new. Our carpet is older and had a lot of wear, but after the deep cleaning it looked fresh, bright, and very well cared for. I also want to mention how honest and helpful the service was. Great carpet cleaning service and very friendly staff. Nathan was our technician today, and he did an excellent job. They worked around my Saturday schedule, which made the whole appointment very easy. My carpets looked fresh, clean, and much better after the cleaning, and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. My husband and I took two area rugs to Arthur's Carpet Cleaning Service for professional rug cleaning and restoration. One was a machine-made rug, and the other was a handmade silk Persian Tabriz design rug.
