we bought a car in July and in December and 3000km later complete engine failure. They sold us an extended warranty for this exact reason. well warranty wont cover it and the dealer wont refund for the warranty that won't fix a problem we no way of know about and know way of preventing. yes the warranty is at fault but this dealer should not be selling this warranty and should refund all the customers that purchased it. Been going to Arthur’s for many years. The honesty and fair prices have always been the key. The professional work is above all others. Chris and his crew of mechanics are great to deal with. I have never had a problem making appointments and the work being done on time and expertly completed.
Arthur’s is the only place I will ever go. The techs are great and the work is always solid. But more importantly I think is how trustworthy they are. Chris is great and you can be confident that what he tells you is the truth. Highly recommend!
My husbands family has been customers of Arthur's for 20+ years they are honest, reliable and fairly priced. We brought our Jeep there this past weekend and the service was outstanding and they only had our vehicle for 1 business day. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars.
Arthur's was recommended to me by a good friend and they are EXCELLENT!! We needed an oil change and inspection. I thought I'd need an appointment but Chris took us right in and was done quickly. We chatted with Chris and really feel so comfortable with him so we will be customers from now on! We have two vehicles and will be going to Arthur's for all our repairs and inspections and maintenance from now on!! I highly recommend Chris and Arthur s to everyone!
