Toyota dealership tried to up charge me on service. Dealership said they couldn’t put on new break pads without replacing both calipers. Called Arthur’s and they told me don’t pay the dealership before letting them take a look. Showed up and they easily replaced my pads. Good business and SAVED ME FROM GETTING SCAMMED. Will be coming back!
These guys were awesome dropped my car off at 9 had a call by 1015 with my problems and fixed by the time I got off that day .. something went wrong with part I came back and they fixed it on the spot for free
Got my tire rotated great service
I am from out of town. I developed a terrible vibration on my 4Runner and determined I had a bad ujoint. What is a person going to do on a Saturday in Beaumont with a broke down vehicle? If you're like me, you'd call Arthur's Auto Care. There's an O'Reilly right by his shop, in and out, I'm back on the road. Fast and friendly, I can't speak highly enough of him and his crew!!
