I am shopping around among our Tricare approved/eligible providers for the most qualified vasectomy surgeon in the LA area. I contacted Dr. Arthur Vatz's office in an attempt to simply determine how many vasectomies he'd conducted and the percentage of complications among those procedures. His secretarial staff was completely unhelpful and straight up refused to provide me with that information.
