Recently rented. Love my apartment so far. I would recommend looking at how clean the place is before renting. The cleaning service they hire does not do the most detailed job. They did prorate my rent for the inconvenience. The lady who I had to complain to about the cleanliness of the apartment was not very nice about the matter but overall I enjoy my space. Its a very nice neighborhood. So far all the neighbors Ive conversed with are helpful and welcoming. The maintenance guy is very kind.

The tone was consistently rude and dismissive, and their practices felt misleading at best and fraudulent at worst. I would strongly caution others before having anything to do with them!
