After nearly 20 years of managing our properties ourselves, my wife and I made the decision to transition that responsibility to Arthur Thomas Properties — and we couldn’t be happier. Tom, Ryan, Jeff, and the entire team have been top-notch every step of the way. Our only regret is not making the switch sooner.
Safety issue ignored for 2 weeks here at MFCA in Exeter NH. Street lamps (5) out Fixed only after threats to contact city/state/social media. The fixing of mailboxes came before 5 street lamps remained out. People walk their dogs late at nite. I’ve already tripped once. 👿🤬😡👺

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - BEWARE! (PART 2) In one of our final email exchanges Jeff Way claimed they had to have a cleaner come in because “it smelled like cat in there pretty bad”. (Mind you this is DAYS after the apartment has been DEEP cleaned, aired out and SHOWN TO MULTIPLE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS). This was an additional $120 charge they added to my account (that they reduced to $60 after I explained I had photo and video evidence of the cleaning I had done). Simply the BEST. This team is awesome - I will always seek them out for housing related projects. They are kind, responsive, organized and they run a tight ship re maintenance and servicing their tenants’ needs. Thankful that they’ve removed any headaches associated with renting.
