We had a wonderful stay at Arthur Phillip Motor Inn. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it the perfect base for exploring Phillip Island. Our family room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The free parking was convenient and made coming and going hassle-free. Friendly and informative reception. Rooms are the cleanest motel/hotel I've ever stayed. Close to attractions, shops and beaches. Thank you Arthur Phillip Motor Inn for a wonderful Phillip Island stay.

Incredibly poor customer service. The room was average for a motel room. But the lady on reception is very rude and clearly doesn't want to work anymore. No late check-in either.
