I am so happy to be here! I have just moved from a building over 20 years old for 9.5 years and Arthur on Aberdeen is a very welcome change! My apartment is perfect, the amenities are incredible and the staff is top notch.
We moved here in September. The setup for that was nice and smooth. The “Welcome” gift was too cute! Since being here, we’ve had nothing but good experiences. The community events are cute and fun. The staff is nice and helpful. You are greeted with a smile whenever you walk into the building. Caitlin and Annaise are wonderful. William is very informative. Maintenance is quick, efficient and respectful. The neighbors have been very welcoming also. The only negative issue is the street parking. Other than that, I love it here... read more
Great community! Really nice staff, attentive management and maintenance team, along with an awesome location. They also regularly schedule collaborative events which is a nice little perk.
