Arthur was so attentive and responded in a timely fashion. Over July 4th weekend, I sent him an email late at night so I wouldn't forget to email him during business hours. I didn't expect a response until the following Monday, but he responded shortly afterwards. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a house.
