Dr. Cotliar performed cataract surgery on one of my Mother's eyes. She suffered for months with excruciating pain in the eye, constant discomfort and now a year + later her vision in that eye is worse than before the cataract surgery. Upon my Mother's follow up appt. the Dr. said her eye was fine. She said but I have horrible pain. He said it was fine. If you are getting eye surgery stay as far away from this doctor as you can. The entire experience was terrible.
