Dr. Gordon treats me and my wife as family, even though we have no family ties. What more can you ask of a doctor? He's the best.
Used to be ok in the past as far as availability. I maybe see him once a year if that. I made an appointment for a simple check up/ physical and they scheduled me 3 months out. No problem. Come a couple of weeks until the appointment, they call me nonchalant to cancel. I ask to reschedule and they say the next available is 2 months from then. They literally offered to do a phone call with a nurse practitioner instead if thats more convenient LOL How does that help with a physical... Wont be returning to them anymore.
Not recommended No answer phone by office , They transfer to back up and getting all personal information. After 30 minutes holding by phone , doctor Gordon does not have time and they can make appointment with different doctor.
I just found the BEST Dr. In L.A.!
