Dr. Katzen No Longer There. I had eye surgery at this clinic many years ago. My surgery was successful and for many years I returned for a yearly examination. At that time I had medical insurance. At this time I do not. I was told that this clinic is now under new ownership. It sounds like it has been taken over by a money grubbing bunch of scam artists to me.
