I can’t recommend Dr. Jones enough. He performed both of my C-sections, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, he was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout both pregnancies. My daughter goes to this office to see Dr. Jones who is amazing! Very respectful, kind, patient, very knowledgeable, and gives very good details when providing information. However, the reason I score this office so low is bc i don’t understand why people who are trying to reach the office are on hold for 20min or more to speak to someone! It is very frustrating and unprofessional. Sure you have the option to leave a voicemail, but what is that good for if you never get a call back!! I absolutely appreciate dr. Jones and everything he does! His voice is very soothing. He steps through everything he does and let’s you know what he is doing every step of the way. I believe dr. Jones is one of the nicest obgyns there is. He is very caring and compassionate! He did three of my leep procedures and delivered my daughter. He is very gentle and kind! Thank you dr.jones!!!!
