We were there today for a CT scan, volunteer KEN is super friendly and helpful! We have two Chinese seniors with me who don’t speak much English. Ken even escorted us all the way to the check in! thanks for his warmest move they don’t even get nervous in such huge facility.
I have been to many hospitals in Canada and Arthur J.E. Child is by far the best hospital I have ever had to stay at! From the Volunteers, porters,house keeping to the medical staff have all been nothing but stellar! The food service here aka”Room Service” was some of the best food I have ever encountered in a hospital across the country! 5/5 To all of the hospitals in Canada I wish they would follow suit, as Arthur J.E. All the nurses and staff that I encountered were fantastic. I can't say enough good things about my experience there. Despite working in Alberta everyone was cheerful and very professional.
