It’s next to impossible to get ahold of your oncology team, been trying for the last 48 hours and no matter what you are sent to an answering machine, and if you are lucky enough to get through they say they will call back and then you don’t hear from them for another 24 hours.
I started my journey here in March 2025, a few months after they opened. From the radiation team to my oncology team, everyone has been great to interact with. Having my initial diagnosis and surgery in Florida, I can share that the doctors there said there was nothing they could offer me that wouldn’t be available at Arthur Child and specifically mentioned the specialist who ended up assigned with my care. Receptionists at gynecology are very rude and if you ask simple questions they get very defensive make you feel like you are asking too much. Giving a fact they talk to cancer patients
