The care provided by this office is exceptional. Dr. Torre's staff has always gone above and beyond, always taking the time and effort to serve my family's medical needs in a competent and caring manner. If you're looking for an amazing doctor who cares about you as a patient, who will give you the time you need, and who always seems to get it right, Dr. Torre's office is the place to be.
Caveat Emptor This is the most dysfunctional “medical practice” I have ever experienced in my life. The technology infrastructure seems to be from the early 1970s, which for those old enough to remember means it is paper and fax-machine based! My wife had been taking our kids to Dr. Torre for several years. Then in August 2017 they accepted an appointed for my daughter without the ability to verify that the previous referral needed to be updated. When our HMO refused to pay, Dr. Torre’s office

We pride ourselves on being an "old-fashioned" doctor's office where the patient is given all the face to face time necessary to provide the best medical care rather than the doctor facing the computer. If you are looking for "face to face" service with a caring staff, this is the place to come. If you want a more modern office staff spending their time on their computers instead of with you, then you would be better served elsewhere.
