We felt it was time that our son should have his shunt removed, the doctor who originally installed it refused to take it out. He would always tell us, its in for the rest of his life. It was incredibly discouraging trying to find another neurosurgeon willing to even attempt the procedure. We were lucky enough to find Dr. Dipatri. Dr DiPatri together with neurochirurgical department at Lurie Children's Hospital downtown Chicago on 04/07/23 and 04/08/23 at 4:45 in morning SAVED our 3 years daughter VICTORIA LIVE. I don't know how many stars deserve a Doctor like thousands. Be blessed everyone that worked that night.
Chicago is very fortunate to have Dr DiPatri. He is caring ,honest and to my family ,a miracle worker.
