For 11 years with NCH group my primary doctor was an internist Dr Ronnie who went into the concierge so I had to take another doctor it appears I had no choice but endurance put me with Dr Arthur Hong. Dr. Arthur Hong is the best doctor I have ever had. Before my first visit with him, he had already looked through my (unfortunately) extensive past medical history. He went step by step to address each and every concern. At my most recent annual exam, I realized he spends the most time with me of any doctor I've ever seen. He is knowledgeable about treatments, discusses the possible options and his recommendations, then takes time to listen to what you as the patient want to do.
