March 2021 I contacted Arthur Price as my septic was needing pumped too often and they told me it needed a new drain field at a cost of $5600. I agreed to have them do the job and was told 2 months. By the time they got me paperwork and started it was 4 months. 2 Teenagers showed up and started to dig. 1 hour later the older teen (19 maybe) came to the door saying he needed $2500 more for a different type of system with a pump. Service technicians Paul and Zach were awesome! They showed up on time and were courteous and knowledgeable. They were informative and gave helpful tips on septic maintenance. Besides being friendly, they took their time and paid close attention to what they were doing. They are experts in their field and we felt very comfortable with them knowing that we were in good hands. We highly recommend them!!
I've used them several times. They always have a very fast response time, and go out of their way to help. Paul was out recently for what turned out to be an electrical problem, but he got everything running temporarily until I could get an electrician out. I highly recommend them and would, and no doubt will, use them again.
Arthur Price Septic has been servicing our septic tank system for over 15 years, they do a great job each time and give advise how to care for system.

BEWARE ! I had a spectic tank drain-field replacement done. Time will tell if this is ok. However, if they damage (in my case completely ripped out) your irrigation system, you are on your OWN. If you have a nice lawn, forget it, $ 0.50 of grass seed they throw down (to bad I cant water it). I did call and ask if they fix what they broke, the answer was SORRY you are on your own. My recommendation would be, if you find a company that takes care of you and cost a few dollars more, go with them.

We did NOT have a contract with Mr. *****. The prior owner of the house signed and paid for the drainfield installation. Our contract clearly states that we are NOT responsible for damage done to sprinkler lines. This arises from the State of Florida regulation that states the no part of a sprinkler system can be within 5 feet of any part of the septic system (this includes the septic tank and drainfield.)
