They charge you $250 dollars an hour for 'email correspondence' (it took 6 hours to do so) that should take 15 minutes. Definitely trying to screw you. I understand that you need to make you're money, but we're having our first baby this month. That's ridiculous for anyone to pay. They're trying to take advantage of us because they know we have a cash settlement from a life-threatening car accident. I wish I didn't have to pay for someone else's down time.
