Very disappointed with the administrative service here. I signed the release form and even went twice to double-check that my records would be faxed to my new hospital before my upcoming appointment. The staff confirmed twice that they would send it. Today I arrived at my appointment only to find out that nothing was ever faxed over. This completely disrupted my visit and wasted my time. Extremely unprofessional for such a basic task.
Dr arthur E, is great , very caring, kind ,& helpful, had my c section with him and he was very helpful in keeping me stay calm while getting my spinal injection, he is very reassuring and is on top of his patients care . Sadly that was my last baby but if i was to have another baby he definitely be my Dr again! The staff are also very nice and helpful & on top of scheduling all the appointments 🩷
Love going here ! Staff and doctors are great!
