I've had years worth of being brushed off by agents here, and have an extremely hard time getting anybody to even reply to me. I've now tried for months to get ahold of someone to help me update my policy during a move, and I've been ghosted for over 5 weeks. I don't know if I have the world's worst luck with them or what, but I don't recommend going here.
