Similar experience. I was with Chernick for 30 years, once they heard I was moving to FL, all customer service and I was treated like trash.
I would stay away. Used to get great service from these guys and I was a client but has gone downhill since they were sold to Acrisure. Really bad experience I would never recommend.
The team at Arthur Chernick (specifically Chuck Chernick) did incredible work for me for some Personal Insurance. When other places told me no, it can't be done, or otherwise had me pigeon-holed into a non-option, Chuck was able to work with our parameters and find a SOLUTION that worked. I know a ton of other P&C insurance brokers in the city, but it was Chuck Chernick who was able to get our situation handled!
