He seemed very caring and concerned at first, like he wanted to help, then when coming in to give results seemed more detached and actually left the room with no word to us and never came back. He knew we were upset the last time we were there and never got the referral we were told we would get and didn’t follow up with us on a referral either. We are supposed to get an MRI and no orders were put in that were supposed to be. Just disappointed especially with him knowing what we went through days early with our stay at UC
