Very polite receptionist, efficient. Dentist man was so reassuring and made me feel at ease and comfortable. The lady was very polite and lovely. Seemed busy but they ran it so well 10/10 thanks socmhc
Well this morning I had the pleasure of being seen by a really understanding nurse Tanya. So kind & caring and helpful... She understood my problems & dealt with my toes carefully... If all staff are as kind then you have a great team working there.... Thank you once again Tanya.....
I have attended the emergency dental service on a couple of occasions now because my own dentist could not see me. At each visit the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. What a great service. Thank you to all who work there.
Called exactly at 18.30hrs when clinic opened. I was caller number 3. It's now 20.05pm and I've been caller number 1 in queue for the last 80 minutes and still waiting??? How is this possible? I don't understand. I need an emergency tooth extraction. Please answer or at least let me know if you have no intention of answering
My Mum has been seen by Community Nurse Sandy, a community staff member at the Arthur Blackman Clinic, who has been attending to her needs. Sandy is an excellent nurse who has been beneficial in helping my Mum during her painful and challenging bowel prolapse. Thank you Sandy for your wonderful care and ongoing support.
