Arthur Black arrived (two associates) and spent 19 minutes. They decided our stoves and pipes were outdated and left us with a negative report for the landlord and charged hundreds of dollars. They did nothing but treated us like co-conspirators. They said the system was leaking carcinogenic gasses. My wife is awaiting an organ donation and I have COPD.
