Today I called your office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. After waiting a few minutes, the receptionist finally picked up. As soon as she found out I was a new patient, her tone immediately became unwelcoming and dismissive. She questioned why I didn’t “press option 1,” saying I should have done so to make a reservation. I explained I had already called several offices (at least 8) listed on the Medi-Cal website, and almost all told me they do not accept that insurance. D. Arthur has probably been the best Doctor I have dealt with! His unique characteristics include his sharpness in diagnosis, active listening to the patient, NOT overwelmingly prescribe drugs and sincere care and availability to his patient. I have had the pleasure of being his patient for 2 years and indeed he exemplifies an excellent physician. Not to forget, his staff from the front door to others are great in taking care of the patients. I am very grateful to have Dr.Arthur Babakhanians as my Primary Physician.
