I’ve had a very positive experience living at Arthur Ave Apartments. One of the things I appreciate most is how prompt and responsive the management and maintenance team are whenever an issue comes up.
My family and I have been living at Arthur Avenue Apartments since 2018, and we truly enjoy living here. My sister, my niece, my son, our cat, our turtle, and I have all been happy to call this place home. Don Tomás, the manager, is wonderful. He’s always kind, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. If he’s ever unavailable, there’s always someone else we can contact, which gives us peace of mind. Hello all, As a renter, I appreciate the promptness of Plenty of Places. Every time I have submitted a request for maintenance or about an inquiry, the resolution is quick!! I also appreciate the overall quietness of the other renters. And lastly, I am glad that I am able to be in a place were cats are allowed!
