She was extremely understanding of different circumstances and made herself available in extremely flexible ways to be accommodating to me, despite what I imagine would be an extremely busy work schedule. Removing my initial Google review—how ironic. I cannot recommend this clinic. It felt like a complete waste of money, only to walk away with a handwritten list of medications that could dangerously interact with what I’m already taking. My experience with Dr McCormack was incredibly disappointing, and I left the clinic in tears. If the clinic truly values patient care, the right thing to do would be to offer a second opinion with a more considerate and thorough doctor—free of charge. I chose this clinic because of the advertised claims for Sjogrens. I waited more than half an hour from my appointment time to see Dr Steve Truong. And during the consult Dr Steve Truong told me clearly there was “no point in diagnosing Sjögren’s” as it is "permanent and has no cure" . He also stated he sees “hundreds of patients” like me daily so he knows better and diagnosed me with Fibromylgia, despite acknowledging I didn’t present as a “textbook case".
