Apparently you can’t even request an appointment unless you have a referral. Because people just want to waste time going to see a doctor, right?
Office staff is nice. Dr. Rihab is nice. That being said I have never had to reschedule so many times with a doctor like I have with Dr. Rihab. I understand things come up and as a patient I should be accommodating at least a little bit, but they've asked me to reschedule about as many times as I've seen the Dr. People need at least a week advance in order to schedule time off. Always kind and helpful.
Dr. Kheir has been my personal physician for a couple of years now. I find her personable, warm, and willing to listen. She has an excellent talent for responding to my concerns in a way that makes me feel she understands what I am saying. Always caring and professional. I have confidence in what she says.
Dr Kheir is very through and professional. I never feel rushed and I always feel listened to. I highly recommend her.
