I have grown nodules on my one hand and only on 2 fingers for many years and have had 3 surgeries to remove them. I also have been experiencing stiffness in my hands for a while. Had the Arthritis Panel done (CRP was very high, everything else normal) and a referral sent from the doctor that did my hand surgeries on April 30th. Hadn't heard from anyone so I called today. I have had great care from Dr. Caroline but awful service from Monica the billing person. She is very rude and not willing to adapt to my needs. She has the worst bed side manner. I strongly urge Dr. Tracker to start using the UC Health app like everyone else on the campus does.
Great Docters and staff ! I recommend this place. They work with you until they get it right with the medications. I get infusions once a month and Jody who gives them is the best.
