This is my first appointment with Dr. Edgar today at 2:30 PM. I arrived early at 2:20 PM, and it is now 3:45 PM and I still have not been seen. I understand that schedules can run behind, but I would appreciate some communication regarding the delay. I also want to express my concern that patients are charged a late fee if they arrive 15 minutes late, yet there seems to be no consideration when patients are kept waiting for an extende
The staff is wonderful, professional and are actually happy to see you with a smile. Arnold Chacon is very professional and has great bedside manners. He always has a plan before I go to see him. The only problem I have is not knowing when my "referral" needs to be renewed. I have never had to do this or know how to find out when it's due, because my primary P. Things are getting worse and worse. I went to my doctor's appointment, left the office, and fainted right outside, and nobody came out to check if I was alive or dead. Thank God someone saw me and stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. I'm okay now.
I called more than 10 times to schedule an appointment with Dr. Edgar Martorell, who was referred to me by my primary doctor, and In his office never answered the phone. After a long wait, they hung up the call.
Terrible staff, never call back, do not handle virtual appointments with respect or care.
