Was referred by my Primary. I called left messages. No call back. Called other Dr's at that facility. No answer. No call back.
The Doctor & staff was vey nice and informative.
I was not happy with the reception staff. They were nasty and arguementative. I was a new patient and have never been treated so poorly. I almost left. I had made a 2:15 appt. I was told to come early to fill out paperwork. I arrived about 1:50. I was told my appt wasn’t until 3. This is when they were rude and nasty. They argued about my time. The made me wait until 3:10 to be seen by the Dr.each time I came back the girls at the front desk had poor attitudes. I don’t know if I’ll be returning to your office.
