Dr. Paul Mendoza may be great, but the staff supporting him are not. I have been calling 2 times per day (not between 11:30 and 1:30 for the 2-hour lunch), leaving online requests for appointments, and now I am shaming them by leaving this review. After years of just trying to deal with it, I finally reach out to make an appointment, and I am ignored. If you are reading this, find a different practice, and good luck to you.

I'm not sure what the doctors are like but their secretaries show no respect for patients by never answering phone calls and then they screen calls and only answer calls they feel like. I wonder if the doctors know this and how their secretaries are losing patients for them as a result.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding the Practice Administrator at Arthritis and Rheumatology Associates of Palm Beach. During my interaction, I found her to be unprofessional, rude, and sarcastic. Additionally, her behavior came across as negative and inappropriate for the environment of a professional medical practice. I believe this feedback is important to ensure that the staff represents the facility in a professional manner and maintains a respectful interaction with all contacts.
