This office chooses not to support 100% disabled veterans and their dependents by refusing to accept ChampVA. I just wasted 25 minutes on the phone giving all of my personal information just to be told they don't accept my insurance. What an absolute shame!
Poor customer service, slow, and dismissive of my problems.
Ok. The lack of follow up has been really disappointing. Prescription never sent to pharmacy, MRI record missing, and zero follow up make for a pretty frustrating experience.
Took my mom for an appointment here and I couldn’t have been more impressed by the entire practice. Dr. Rottmann was so kind and took her time to explain everything to us. She was very thorough. The front desk staff was incredible, efficient, and even came running after us to give us a corrected paper which was above and beyond. We are so happy with our experience and would highly recommend Dr. Rottmann/this group to anyone
Efficient front desk and quite friendly. Short wait to be taken for vitals and such before waiting for doctor. Did wait a long time for the doctor to visit, but she was very relaxed and comforting so disappointment about the wait vanished! Doctor mentioned many details of previous visit that was our first meeting -- suggests strongly that she reviewed my records right before seeing me again.
