Poor customer service, slow, and dismissive of my problems.
Ok. The lack of follow up has been really disappointing. Prescription never sent to pharmacy, MRI record missing, and zero follow up make for a pretty frustrating experience.
Took my mom for an appointment here and I couldn’t have been more impressed by the entire practice. Dr. Rottmann was so kind and took her time to explain everything to us. She was very thorough. The front desk staff was incredible, efficient, and even came running after us to give us a corrected paper which was above and beyond. We are so happy with our experience and would highly recommend Dr. Rottmann/this group to anyone
Efficient front desk and quite friendly. Short wait to be taken for vitals and such before waiting for doctor. Did wait a long time for the doctor to visit, but she was very relaxed and comforting so disappointment about the wait vanished! Doctor mentioned many details of previous visit that was our first meeting -- suggests strongly that she reviewed my records right before seeing me again. I had an excellent experience at my new patient appointment today. This office is outstanding and highly professional. The front desk staff was very pleasant and thorough. I suggest filing out your paperwork online prior to the appointment per their request — it saves a ton of time. My wait to be seen was very minimal. Maxine took my vitals and did my intake and Dr. Eva Hockmann was my physician. Both ladies listened to me and my concerns.
