The staff is great and never have a problem. They are very professional and willing to go the extra mile.
The staff is always willing to help in any way possible. They are cheerful and happy to help. I have received the most extensive examinations and given thorough explanations about the results and answers to all of my questions. Sam, who gives me my monthly injections is very professional and competent. I highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely zero empathy or flexibility. I was 15 minutes late to the arrival time (not even the actual appointment), and they refused to see me. I was then told I wouldn’t be rescheduled again because of it after the second time it happened. I ended up having a full panic attack in the parking lot from the stress and how I was treated. Meanwhile, this same office has rescheduled me before over “bad weather” that didn’t even happen—but patients aren’t given that same understanding.
