Absolutely zero empathy or flexibility. I was 15 minutes late to the arrival time (not even the actual appointment), and they refused to see me. I was then told I wouldn’t be rescheduled again because of it after the second time it happened. I ended up having a full panic attack in the parking lot from the stress and how I was treated. Meanwhile, this same office has rescheduled me before over “bad weather” that didn’t even happen—but patients aren’t given that same understanding. Ladies are so good to me. Always cordial and professional. If I have to do this, I couldn't puck a better place for infusions
Dr Flagg is caring, patient, & knowledgeable. Makes you feel comfortable and understand your condition. Listens to all concerns. I highly recommend this office.
