They are always professional.
Dr K was the best. Since she left my condition has gotten worse daily. Things I use to do I can’t any more. I love nurse practitioner that has been treating me but I need to get better. I have asked to be scheduled with Dr Bagley but I can’t see him. I can asks for him to come in the room while I’m at my appointment if he’s not with a patient. This was my first visit. It took me 3 months to get in to see a provider. By this time I had forgotten to why I was referred to be seen as I have some medical problems. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. As I was filling out paperwork. Another patient had came in and they had an appointment at 1pm but they arrived at 2 and still was seen before I was. If I could rate this place a 10, I would. The staff are incredible. Always a smile and welcoming. They show incredible patience with the clients. Knowledgeable, holy cows, super knowledgeable but that doesn't mean they forget their bedside manners. Any questions are always answered in a way that I understand. Tbh, I am normally floored by how comfortable I am while I am there. I have been to plenty of doctors but there are only a few I truly enjoy. Dr K and staff are the best!
