After not being able to draw blood for a blood sample, I went to Quest and got it drwan, no problem.Well it just gets worse. I just received this text concerning my appointment for tomorrow. Can’t even call them their phones don’t work and when they do you get an answering machine and they never call back.
They don't call in your prescription, don't send quest blood work order so you show up at quest at 7am for nothing! Quite rude on phone, you're lucky if they pick up or return calls! I don't know how front office stays employed. Torralba herself may of been a great doctor but I suspect she has dementia nearing 80 yrs old. She talks in circles and asks same questions over and over again. She didn't remember us with a rare condition on 2nd appmt. 1st appmt was only 3 weeks before!
