I went to AOA today. The receptionists Roe and Lori were so friendly. I was seen promptly and Maddie the medical assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with Ms. Patel the nurse practioner. I felt that they listened to me and I was happy that I went there today.

Staff is awesome and so is my doctor, Dr El-Kadi as well as the PAs. Cannot stress more that if you want a doctor and staff that makes a difference in their patient's lives, you have found it!

I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately must warn others to avoid AOA. My PA left the practice earlier this year and I was not notified until I reached out to schedule a follow up and was told she was not there and they were too busy to see me for months. I finally got an appointment, paid my copay on site for both visits and am just now getting sent bills months later when I already paid. I called today and they told me to ignore the fact that I got sent four statements for two visits that took place 5+ months ... read more

If you look at my account here and check my reviews, you'll know I'm not a complainer. However, while my doctor, Fischkoff, is quite excellent, their office staff is extremely sub-par, to put it as nicely as possible. At my last appointment the desk associate claimed I had an outstanding balance on my account. I showed them two deductions they made to my checking account and was looking for the rest when the woman said that she would look into it and get back to me.
