Dr. Valley is an amazing person!
On multipole occasions Arthritis NW has failed to fill prescriptions (primarily as doctors have left), and the ball has been dropped. This has been the lowest quality of care I've ever received in my life. I am currently filing claims with numerous agencies to help others not go through what I've gone through (multiple autoimmune flare-ups directly caused by Arthritis NW, directly due to waiting a week to two weeks for prescriptions to arrive). Mueller is useless. You can tell hes absolutely burnt out. And the nurse staff was biting their tongue. I could tell there were things they couldn't say, which was a clear sign. Mueller needs to retire. He hates patients. And hates helping.
They do not treat patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Do not waste your time.
