So I went here after I changed insurances to try to continue the medication that I was on previously and that is covered by my insurance. This clinic did not want to order my current medication because they said it was too expensive for them to order as they don’t get reimbursed fully by the insurance company and they would lose money on it. I’m a past patient and due to lack of resources in Spokane area, I had a new referral made in Oct to return. December comes and I haven’t heard anything so I call. They tell me they turned down my referral. No call and loss of time I could have been seeking help other places. Then they say, possibly you could see our Naturopath. So I ask for them to send him the referral. Again NO response from them so I called and they said he turned it down also. No adequate explanation. Left today crying because all forms of empathy & kindness are gone. No one should be treated poorly when they are there because they are sick, need help & need some hope.
