Dr Coan is the Best Rheumatologist that I've ever been to. He's very caring and explain things really well. I have 2 other sisters that see him also and they really love him too! I started seeing Dr Coan 4 years ago when I couldn't even move my hands and he got me started on a good medication and today I have really no problems with my rheumatoid Arthritis. Kimmy C
I went there for 13 years. Dr Mueller doesn't like the disabled people with state insurance. He doesn't care what will happen to us. Doctor Mueller doesn't care about sick people who needed him. He will only care about you when you have $$$. 13 years and I am disabled without an arthritis doctor. I guess he wants me to suffer in pain for 6 to 8 months before I can see an new arthritis doctor. That's cruel and I will never forgive you.
Dr. Coen was amazing but the staff is the worst office staff I have ever experienced. I hope you don’t need to get ahold of anyone for anything ever. It’s common practice to just send you straight to voicemail and not call you back. I had to reach out to other departments and doctors I have nothing to do with to get a call back. Care is good. But impossible to get a hold of anyone. Called and left sooooo many messages with no response or callback. Forth day no call back no one answers phone
The front desk staff/schedulers are rude and disrespectful.I tried calling the office manager and have left 5 messages to try to schedule my appointment. There has been zero attempts made by this facility to help me. It it's disheartening to be treated so poorly by medical professionals. If the doctors are good, one would never know since getting past scheduling is next to impossible.
