If you want a doctor who will fight for you, then Dr. Nercessian is the one. I have an autoimmune disorder and after years of being dismissed, Dr. Nercessian was the first doctor to try to figure out a way to help me. He stood up for me when my PCP failed to diagnose a serious case of pneumonia and when I was mistreated during a hospital stay, he dressed them down and made sure I got what I needed. Dr. Nercessian and his staff have been great! On a couple of occasions they have been able to squeeze me in on short notice. Dr. has always been attentive and genuinely seems to care about me. Very happy overall and i have referred at least one Patient to their office.
Do yourself a favor, don't go to the sterling heights office nor see this doctor, he's unprofessional and condescending, his staff were the highlight of this bad review, one of them was the epitome of the term RATCHET, loud, obnoxious and unaware of her surroundings with the worst attitude out there, the other staff member is new with zero medical staff background, plus they manage to bad mouth a patient while you're still there, how lovely, isn't it? He was condescending and appeared to not believe me about my symptoms. He also asked several inappropriate personal questions.
