I had a VERY bad experience with Arthritis Health and Dr. Howard. They were dismissive, condescending, unprofessional, uncaring, and wasted a lot of my time and money. They didn't even bother to review my medical records I sent over from my primary care physician. My appointment was with the doctor, but they forced me to see the PA instead.
