The wait is long. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. And they billed my wife for labs without our permission after we told them it was our last visit. The staff is shady and defensive when they get called out for shady billing practices. This office is what is wrong with the medical industry.
Their customer service is the worst. I absolutely hate dealing with whomever the ladies are that answers the phones and handles billing and coding. Dr. Spindler and his PA is completely different story; Love them but the folks that impacts that lasting impression on the patients needs help.
