Dr. Chao is an excellent physician - good listener, great expertise and good communicator. Everyone treats you with dignity and respect and are attentive to your needs. I could not ask for a better physician.

My grandmother made an appointment and they cancelled on her 3 times . They are very unprofessional, and shouldn’t be taking clients if they are just going to keep canceling on them. my grandmas hands are in pain as she thinks she suffers from arthritis so for them to keep pushing back her appointment and canceling it as shes in pain shows how unprofessional and disgusting they are.
