I have been coming to the ACT for my health care treatments since 2001. My doctor is very innovative, thorough and caring which makes me feel important. We went through a difficult period when I had to be changed another medication for my condition. My doctor was right there with me encouraging me, supporting me with the information so that I could understand the situation. All the staff are professional but kind and caring. They have made a big difference in my life.
It was my husband’s first appointment with Dr Chao. He was very thorough and gave us an extensive plan for my husband’s health issue. We were very impressed and thankful.
Don't bother trying to get an appointment. Tried to schedule and was told I would have to wait 3 months, even though I had been here before. They were not willing to allow me to change to a different doctor to get an earlier appointment. I understand doctors being busy and booked. But an office policy that prevents patients from getting care for 3 months is unacceptable. I love my doctors office! Y'all are so kind and amazing. Please keep up the great work and never change! Y'all have truly been a blessing to me in the hardest times. Thank you for all y'all do from my Doctor to the front staff. ❤️
