I can't really say if this office is good or bad. I'd give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment three months ago and was told this provider accepts my insurance. I called again last week to make sure this was correct since I've had bad experiences in the past with referrals not being there on time etc. and was told everything is okay. I was a patient here for years, and the care steadily got worse. Appointments were rushed, with little effort to actually address my concerns. When I had side effects from medication, they were dismissed instead of adjusting treatment. Communication from the office was inconsistent, and when I raised concerns, I was met with a defensive and unprofessional attitude.
