Best Arthritis office in the state of florida. I value the front desk representative Janelle for informing me with my insurance and how it works. You are the reason why I am still attend this office even if I have to drive 3 hours from Miami to Orlando. The staff and the team are professionals, loving and most of all passionate. I have been with Dr Dayal for almost 10 years and I honestly blessed to have a provider like him. Dr Dayal saved my life. I was 18years old and when I started to get my first RA symptoms and because of my age many other providers dismissed me and blamed it on growing pain because I was too young to have arthritis. My mom has been seeing Dr. Arroyo for about three years. At first, her experience was very positive, she felt heard and listened to during her visits. However, over time, her visits became very short, around 10 minutes, and it often felt like the doctor wasn’t fully listening, similar to many rushed appointments at other clinics. I don’t know why there are such low rating reviews on here. Dr Dayal, Reena, and Emely have been angels on earth. Dr Dayal and his team have been aggressive, proactive and extremely kind to me. They diagnosed me immediately and started my treatment right away to help me get my life back on track. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Dr Dayal.
